These appeals relate to the ownership of $103,000 in amount of certain bonds of the Pensacola & Georgia Railroad
Company and the Tallahassee hassee Railroad Company. For convenience they will be hereinafter referred to as 'one hundred
and three bonds.' Many of the matters involved were under consideration by this court in Florida v. Anderson, 91 U. S. 667,
and Railroad Cos. v. Schutte, 103 U. S. 118, to which reference is made for a general history of the transactions out of which
the present controversy arose.
