NATHANIEL R. JONES. Plaintiff-Appellant Joseph D. Little, d/b/a Little Marina ("Little"), appeals the district courts dismissal of his lawsuit for failure to prosecute. For the reasons stated herein, we hold that the district court abused its discretion by dismissing the case. Therefore, we reverse.
