CAMPBELL, Chief Judge. A jury in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire found Robert Johnson guilty of five counts of attempted tax evasion. Johnson appeals from the District Court's judgment of conviction. The issues on appeal are whether the district court erred in admitting evidence of Johnson's conduct during the year subsequent to those at issue under the indictment and whether the defendant is entitled to a new trial because of the prosecutor's reference in closing argument to a fact which Johnson claims was not in evidence. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
